How about this for dispensing our Oak aged Sasion at fest .
We rack it over at fest and serve it from the barrel.
Just a thought. (man that hurt)

Okay guys how about this? I was watching a special about a guy that uses old wine/whiskey barrels to make some pretty amazing furniture. One of the things he also does is uses the tops of the barrels for tabletops and countertops. They look awesome. I just spoke with Firestone Walker and they are willing to give us old barrels if we want. I am thinking that we can use the barrel tops to make a bar top for our box, I think it would look awesome. Also, we may be able to incorporate the body of the barrels into the decor of the new bar.

I have to drive up to Firestone Walker in the next couple of weeks to get the barrels. If anyone is interested in going along, let me know.

Thoughts?
