To answer a couple of questions about my Helles from the meeting today...
90% Pilsner
7% Munich
3% Melanoidin (guess this is where the extra melanoidins came from Todd)
Hops were Hallertauer at 60 minutes
Wyeast 2308 Munich Lager
O.G. 1.049
F.G. 1.009 _________________ ON TAP: Summer Citrus Wheat, Belgian Pale, ESB
PRIMARY: German Pilsner, Munich Helles
SECONDARY: Buggered BEAVR 2
KEGGED/AGING: Oktoberfest, English Barleywine, Belgian Quad w/Maple
ON DECK/PLANNING: English Mild, English Bitter, ESB |
