An audible on an originally planned bavarian heffe (LHBS out of german heffe yeast). Anyhow, plan on infusing it with watermelon ... somehow Smile

Well in honor of the 4th of July... seeing as how I am going to infuse with Watermelon, I am changing the name to "Red, Wheat, and Brew" Very Happy

A low gravity, American wheat that screams session me durring the Summer. 1.046 OG

So.... A little chunky on first pours, but I think it will clear.

Otherwise, Success Exclamation

I can't wait to share this one!
