Hello sirs... thanks for letting me join the forum. My name is Steve. I live in Pomona. I have no experience brewing. A friend and I decided that we are finally going to dive in headfirst into making beer. We are both very passionate critics of great and not-so-great beer so we are excited to learn all the nuts and bolts about it.
We will start our first batch in the next couple months as we get our materials together. I'm sure our set up will be haphazard but I'll be documenting it here along with lots of questions
Thanks! |

Even though i've started brewing all grain batches I still have to utilize multiple smaller kitchen pots, my kitchen stove, as well as an old bottling bucket to collect my wort until my boil kettle is done being my hot liqour tank (hot water holder). One of the things i love about the homebrew community is people's ability to use what they have available to them and juggle it around to make beer with (as well as other homebrew gadgets).
Welcome. And feel free to ask any questions you may have.... thats what we're here for. _________________ Next Up:

There is a homebrew shop in Fullerton that is very good at helping newbies: www.homebrewprovisions.com but don't judge me by my website _________________ Addison Homebrew Provisions 714.752.8446 or www.homebrewprovisions.com |
